Stream has been committed to enhancing the quality of its management systems and customer delivery capabilities through adherence to the strict standards of the ISO 9001 quality assurance program. The entire company has adopted the ISO 9001:2000 standards to ensure that all internal and external processes with customers and business partners are closely monitored to co-ordinate application of the highest quality standards throughout.

Stream first obtained the ISO 9001:2000 Certification in December 2002 for Enterprise Infrastructure service delivery processes; and, has been awarded certification in all subsequent phases of the ISO 9001 program.
