Believe in Our People
Stream strongly believes in the values of our people. Given an opportunity, a person can achieve excellence and perform better even than his own expectations.

The task of searching for and refining rough diamonds to their true sparkles reside with all Stream leaders. Many of these leaders were rough diamonds once.

Streams management style of empowerment provides quick two-way information dissemination throughout Streams organization and enable us prompt response to external factors.

Empowerment comes with authority, but also with responsibility. Our people have tested time and time again to be worthy of the responsibility bestowed on them.
 
Growth

In order to grow, one cannot stop learning, especially in the fast changing IT world where IT permeates throughout organizations, affects business processes and many times are critical for successful business strategies.

Stream hopes to affect all-round learning that will benefit not only our working but also our personal lives. Courses such as Cohens Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and de Bono’s Creasitive Thinking were well received by our associates along with John Robert Powers personality courses.

When a person has a successful personal life, he can contribute fully to the workplace; and work & personal agendas are no longer in conflict.
 
Work is Fun!
Did anyone ever tell you that the secret to a creative and energetic workplace is a three letter word F U N?

Many activities are planned by our active HR team to ensure that we have no lack of that at Stream. The resultant atmosphere provides us a relaxed backdrop to share experience and knowledge, even when many of us are working most of the times on clients sites.

We do work hard, mind you, as is required by all successful organizations, but we didnt forget to play hard too! Visit our offices to feel the vibrancy of Stream!
 
Families are Important
Family atmosphere can be sensed throughout Stream. The sense of family exists in our working culture of sharing and nurturing. As there is trust within a family, trust within an organization goes a long way to improve working relationships and spurs learning and growth.

Streams family values extend to our individual families as well. Flex-time schedules are appreciated by many of our associates as they can align family priorities with work responsibilities. We wish to know our colleagues not only as a worker but as a person with a family behind them to lend the occasional moral support.
