The cash management business offerings cover payments, collections, receivables and liquidity management services for the banks corporate bank clients.
The corporate internet banking system provides single-sign on and authorization levels structure for the banks corporate clients and front-ends the cash management, trade finance, FX and custodian back end applications.
Streams Roles andResponsibilities
Stream was responsible for the integration to 5 legacy applications. The database used was Oracle. Applications and Database servers are both Sun.
Stream used the EAI that we have built for the bank.
Stream is responsible for production fine-tuning. The system response time is acceptable by the bank based on the benchmark set by the bank.
Benefits
The bank was able the first Thai bank to launch corporate internet banking and cash management service for its corporate client base. With the launch of the new easy access, functions rich, electronic channel, the bank was able to successfully launch new corporate fee-based products and become the leader in Thailand in this field.
With the new service, the bank helps customer process payments and collections instructions via the web as well as through file transfers. The bank also enabled payment transactions through electronic funds transfer and cheque printing process.
Furthermore, the bank facilitates clients collections activities by getting bank customers' collections records from the bank legacy system transaction logs, consolidates, update information to bank's corporate customers in various requested formats and calculates the bank fees.
Banks clients also benefits from high-end liquidity management service to assist them to manage their funds optimally. |
