Stream was contracted by a major Thai bank to develop third party integration on their service delivery platform.
The scope of project covers over 70 non-financial transactions occurring at the branch.
Streams Roles and Responsibilities
Stream was responsible for migrating and integrating the set of non-financial transactions into the banks Service Delivery Platform.
Stream has migrated over 70 non-financial transactions from the banks existing teller system to the new platform. The migration process covered coding, re-arranging work process and function keys.
The migration objectives were to archive both robustness and seamlessly integrated with the new platform. The platform was built using Microsoft Visual Basic as users interface.
Apart from the non-financial transactions, Stream also helped the bank building special financial transaction, so called megatran which will have multiple financial transactions in one single megatran.
Benefits
The bank was able to migrate to new generation branch platform that enabled it to provide superior services to banks customers.
With the implementation of the new solution and processes, the bank has consolidated branch back-office processing and frees up branch personnel for important customer service and sales roles. |
