We are awarded our projects many times by our ability to provide warranty as well as post-production support to ensure that the IT solutions that we implemented continue to run at the client’s expected service level and do not disrupt their critical business.
Our professionals are in turn required to undergo comprehensive training and certification both overseas and local to acquire the competency to handle their respective responsibilities. STREAM maintains a significant R&D budget each year towards developing a solid service delivery team to maintain our quality of service to clients.
In terms of IT hardware products, STREAM hosts the Thailand Spare Parts Center on behalf of our Principals for many key technology areas both in Bangkok and major up-country locations. These are augmented by qualified repair technicians who can work at repair levels as designated by our Principals.
In turn, these equipment are well looked after in the field by our qualified team of customer engineers who perform implementation, preventive maintenance and on-site services in conjunction with our 7 x 24 Help Desk. STREAM’s service delivery processes have received ISO9001:2000 certification each year since 2002.
