Responsibilities
- Install & Pre-install legacy and enterprise computer systems and their peripherals
- Maintain & service legacy and enterprise computer systems and their peripherals
- Take calls from customers, deliver on-site support services, and initiate the correct responses
- Perform PM as scheduled
- Stand-by service as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical engineering, or any related field
- 0-2 years of experience in computer fields or related work environments
- Computer skills: Windows, Basic Network, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Willing to participate in non-standard working time models (willing to work on a flexible schedule, including after office hours, holidays, and weekends)
