Responsibilities

  • Install & Pre-install legacy and enterprise computer systems and their peripherals
  • Maintain & service legacy and enterprise computer systems and their peripherals
  • Take calls from customers, deliver on-site support services, and initiate the correct responses
  • Perform PM as scheduled
  • Stand-by service as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical engineering, or any related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in computer fields or related work environments
  • Computer skills: Windows, Basic Network, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Willing to participate in non-standard working time models (willing to work on a flexible schedule, including after office hours, holidays, and weekends)
