Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a team of professionals varying in size.
- Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing the output produced by the team.
- Maintain good relationships with clients in order to provide consultancy services, as well as to identify business opportunities.
- Identify and address client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements.
- Work with product vendors and service providers to understand their offerings and strengths in order to develop pragmatic solutions to solve our client’s business challenges.
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to growth and development of the organization.
- Provide expertise in the creation and development of business-led IT strategies, thought leadership in IT Operating models, IT transformational planning and roadmaps
- Leading and assisting clients on IT Cost Optimization by identifying cost inefficiencies and ineffectiveness within IT, financial optimization, total cost of ownership and benchmarking
- Create demand and portfolio management to benefits realization of projects
- Ensure that the Operating Model capture key requirements from the business and in-line with regional/global standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Economy, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience for senior associate level in business analyst, system analyst, solution consultant, sales engineer, business development.
- Experience in IT solutions.
- Experience in Consulting form is an advantage.
- Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
